PROPOSALS FOR THE USE OF TACHOMETERS ON VEHICLES INVOLVED IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION
The Association submitted to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine proposals aimed at simplifying the work of drivers of construction machinery for special and specialized purposes, which are used by contractors in road construction. Thus, the Association proposed to establish exceptions in the Regulations on working hours and rest time of drivers of wheeled vehicles, approved by the Ministry of infrastructure Order of 07.06.2010 № 340 (as amended by the Ministry of infrastructure Order of 24.06.2021 № 337) regarding the use of tachometers for accounting of time of work and rest of drivers of special and specialized vehicles involved in construction, reconstruction and permanent repairs of highways.
